Q: How are my items shipped?
A: Items are securely packaged and shipped as soon as possible from the UK. Items that are sent in rigid-backed envelopes are sent 2nd class using Royal Mail, and larger items are sent using the most appropriate carrier.
Q: Do I need to pay taxes on my order?
A: No VAT is charged for UK customers. For US customers, there is no import duty to pay. EU customers: Please note that tax and handling fees may be charged by your local customs or courier upon delivery. These are not included in the price.
Q: Can I return my item?
A: Returns of undamaged prints are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately I am unable to accept the return of original paintings due to potential loss caused by damage in transit.
Q: Is my picture insured?
A: All original paintings that are sent are fully insured to the amount of the purchase price.
Q: My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
A: If this unlikely event occurs, please contact me straight away and send pictures of any damage. If your print is damaged I will send a replacement out to you. If your original painting is damaged please send pictures of the damage to the painting and also the packaging. This will assist with any insurance claim and allow me to provide you with a refund.
